Tilbakelagt liv (Left life behind) is an experimental short film that combines fiction and dance. A woman is trying to reconcile with her own memories from the past, memories that take shape as people. The story is moving from the realistic to the fantastic as the present and past are melting together on a car trip at the countryside.
